Report A Passing

Upon the event of an account holders passing, verification must come from 3 sources. Two of those are the account holders chosen verifiers. The 3^rd verifier is Assets In Order.

The verifiers will click on the Verify Passing button in the navigation on the left side of the page. This will take them to the Verify Passing page.

Once here, the verifier will be able to see the list of verifier requests. They will then click on the Verify Passing button on the right side of the name of the account holder who has passed on.

The verifier is taken to another screen, where they have to check the box indicating that they wish to verify a passing, then they click on the Verify Passing button.

The passing has then been verified by that user.

Once both verifiers have verified passing and delivered proof of death (death certificate, coroner’s report, or an affidavit from a funeral home) to Assets In Order, an AIO Administrator will then complete the verification process.

Beneficiary Assets are Released!
